North Wales Crusaders have been drawn away to fellow Betfred League One side Cornwall RLFC in Round Two of the competition with ties set to take place on the weekend of January 25th/26th.
The draw, which took place in Goole, home of League One newcomers Goole Vikings, saw Carl Forster’s Crusaders side drawn away to Cornwall with the long-trip to the Dutchy set for the end of January.
Should Crusaders progress, they face the prospect of a tie against a Super League club following the Challenge Cup restructure which sees the top flight club’s enter the competition in the third round.
Further details of our round two tie at the Memorial Ground shall be released in the coming days following discussions between the two clubs.
