Role: Head of Rugby Administration – North Wales Crusaders
Providing an important link for the club, alongside both our Rugby and Non-Rugby staff, we are seeking to appoint an ambitious professional to join us heading up the operational requirements of our professional rugby club.
This is an all-encompassing role, with responsibilities supporting our first team, reserves, academy and elite development squads.
You will play a key part in our ambitious plans for the club in the future.
More than a team manager role, responsibilities shall include:
• Working in collaboration with the Head Coach and General Manager, ensuring all relevant RFL requirements for match days and training schedule are arranged at a world class level.
• Being the point of contact for First Team players in regards to administrative issues
• Wash, launder and issue relevant kit & equipment
• Support the Head of Academy, with events such as Academy Fixtures, Festivals, Training Camps and Sessions
• Ensure all relevant logistics for matchdays are arranged such as transport, accommodation and liaising with opposition
• Play a key part in the day to day facility management and operations
• Support the Head Coach, Head of Performance and Head Physiotherapist with any equipment / logistical requirements
• Directly communicating with the Chairman and owners on a daily basis – we are an all-in culture and want to ensure that everything required to succeed is acted on immediately.

• Holding a valid UK’s driver license, we have fixtures and events all over the UK.
• Have the right to work in the UK
• In possession of a DBS (or have the ability to gain one)

This role is full-time with an immediate start available, you will be based at the North Wales Crusaders office on a day to day basis.
Training sessions are currently hosted at Liverpool Hope University with home matchdays at Stadiwm CSM in Colwyn Bay.
