Following a busy off-season of recruitment, Carl Forster’s North Wales Crusaders squad has now taken shape for the 2025 season.
With their first pre-season friendly little over a week away, Forster’s side shall compete on three fronts in 2025, battling it out in Betfred League One, the AB Sundecks 1895 Cup and the Betfred Challenge Cup.
The 26-man-squad returned to pre-season training in November and shall face a trip to Widnes Vikings (Friday 10th January) before welcoming London Broncos to North Wales (Saturday 18th January) as part of their preperations.

35. Jaxon Langford
The squad list is completed by number 35 which was retired in 2017 in memory of six-year-old supporter Jaxon Langford following his battle with stage four neuroblastoma.
Commenting on his 2025 squad, Forster said: “I’m really pleased with our recruitment, we’ve had the boys back in over a month now and they’ve gelled really well.
“Training has been spot on in terms of skill level, attitude and buy in from the boys, I think there’s a felling that we’re building something really special.
“When we recruited this year, we didn’t just look at the player, but also the person, we want a group of players who will play for each other and play for this club and our fans, and that’s what I feel we’ve got here.
“There maybe one or two more additions before we get to the season start, I think every coach will always say that whilst the market is open then they’re always keeping an eye out, but I’m really happy with what we have here.”
