Men’s:
North Wales Crusaders, are seeking to appoint a 7’s Mens Head Coach to lead the coaching provision of our Elite 7s squad ahead of the 2025 season.
The applicant will working alongside the Head Of Academy, to ensure the squad is adequately prepped and ready to compete at some of the Uks largest events across the season.
The squad will compete in 6 tournaments this season, from April to July. Including within the Welsh 7s series.
There may be further possibilities for the successful candidate to work further with both North Wales Crusaders and the EggChaser 7s across various programmes.
Example roles & responsibilities:
• Lead the coaching and squad management
• Lead/Assist with the recruitment of players
• Be a point of contact on matchdays
• Work with the other staff to ensure a professional environment is created and maintained for the athletes
You must have:
• A UK Drivers license
• Access to a vehicle
• Previous experience coaching in 7s
• The ability to hold a DBS
• A professional attitude
• A can-do mindset
This role is a part-time paid position, however there is the possibility of further employment opportunities across the EggChaser group.
The initial time commitment would be 4 training camps/trial days, alongside 6 tournaments.
Trainings would be held at Colwyn Bay/Wrexham, with tournaments across England and Wales.
