North Wales Crusaders Foundation (NWCF) is seeking to appoint a Full-Time, enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated Community Development Officer.
NWCF is the official charity arm of the North Wales Crusaders Professional Rugby League Club. We are a small and exciting sporting foundation that aims to provide high-quality sports, health and educational opportunities to people living in North Wales.
The Community Development Officer (CDO) will take a significant role in delivering essential health and wellbeing projects linked to Rugby League that align with our Foundation’s priorities and outcomes. The role will deliver community-based initiatives and sports sessions across specific areas of North Wales.
The primary responsibilities are to work closely with our Head of Foundation and trustees. The role will deliver and expand the community engagement provision, including but not limited to the following programmes: Tackling Change (an anti-social behaviour project), Healthy Assemblies, School-based delivery, Rugby Memories, and Mini Crusaders initiatives that align with our Foundation’s strategy. The CDO will strive to ensure all targets are met and will be tasked with ensuring the successful delivery of all our programmes.
