The latest new face to be lining up for the Crusaders next season will be former Leeds Rhinos Reserve’s skipper – Ashton Robinson.
A multi-cap Welsh international has recently returned from a stint in Australia and is ready to hit the ground running as the squad return for pre-season later this month.
On the latest new member of the Crusaders squad, our head coach Dean Muir had this to say, “ We are really happy to Add Ashton to our group. He’s a Welsh international and brings experience from that level and playing in Australia. He has a high work rate and his enthusiasm to learn and keep getting better adds another dimension to our middles. Ashton is someone I have kept an eye on for a long time, and I can’t wait to work with him in pre-season.”
Ashton added his thoughts upon joining the Wales’ only professional side, “I’m buzzing to sign for Crusaders after speaking to Dean, I am really excited about where the club is going, and I am looking forward to meeting the lads and ripping into pre-season”.
