North Wales Crusaders will hit the road for the next two weeks as they will travel to Newcastle and London respectively. The Welsh outfit will be buoyed by their first league win last weekend and will be hoping to make it a first championship victory on the road in the North East on Sunday.
North Wales Crusaders coach Dean Muir is not under estimating the task in hand and said “Newcastle are a completely different team this season compared to last year.They can score points from all over the field; they are a full time team who try dominate you physically early.We are fully confident in our method and plan and we can’t wait to test ourselves this weekend.”

Joe Baldwin- (North Wales Crusaders)
Joe is a unsung hero, he has been the understudy to Josh Eaves who has really helped him come along.
The former Orrell St James and Wigan Warriors product joined in 2024 and has had 43 apps amd scored 9 tries for North Wales Crusaders. The young talent works harder than anyone else on the field. He is tough, aggressive and skillful and will dictate the pace of the ruck. He can jump out from 9 and cause havoc.
Brendon Santi- (Newcastle Thunder)
The Italian International is a powerhouse of a foward.
The 32 year old former York,Toulouse; Keighley and West Tigers man is always a presence on the field of play as he never stops working hard.
The Australian born forward sets the platform and someone that North Wales Crusaders needs to handle early.
