North Wales Crusaders will continue pre-season preparations as we travel to Barrow Raiders on Sunday.

Crusaders had the first hit out of pre-season last weekend as we defeated Swinton Lions 30-6.Tries came from Oakley, Patton; Brookes (2) and Hatton.

Commenting on last week, Muir said, “We got out of the game what we wanted as a group. We tried a variety of combinations and I was happy with how we looked with the ball. Defensively, we needed to tighten up on a few areas as we grow into the season. As staff, we learnt a lot which allows us to fix up and keep getting better each week.”

North Wales Crusaders gave 12 debuts last week, and this week, we will have 17 first team players that will take the field.

Muir added, “Barrow are a quality outfit, they have a great playing style and this will be a tough test, but we will embrace it and we be looking to keep learning and if we keep doing that, we’ll be in a good place when the season starts”

Our next home fixture is against Wigan Warriors, with a record-crowd expected to join us at Stadiwm:Eirias. There is no on the day ticket sales planned.
